The apartment is situated on the third floor of a newly under architecture constructed building at Zeeburgereiland: a quiet district, with a modern set-up, within the city ring A10, between the Central Train Station and IJburg. Zeeburgereiland is the closest newly built neighborhood to the center of Amsterdam. Every house in the street has a unique design. It is a cozy and neat apartment on an A location. The view on the IJ lake is just amazing and unparalleled in the city with panoramic views towards the surrounding towns.

The Apartment
Luxurious stairway with own entrance, door bell and intercom installation. The apartment is situated on the third floor and about 60 square meters. It is modern designed, light and with modern and comfortable furniture equipped.
From the hall you have access to the rooms.

The living room is situated on the north site, with entrance to the balcony at the street side and view towards the IJ lake. The kitchen is half open integrated in the living room. The living has a sofa, a large screen TV, a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a oven/microwave, furnace, dishwasher, coffeemaker, water boiler and various other kitchen tools.

The house has fast internet access, hardwired and by wifi, and the usual TV channel package.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a sink with mirror, toilet and washer/dryer set.

The property is easy to clean and floor heating is installed under the entire epoxy screed floor, what makes the house very comfortable during the winter months as well.

The house has two bedrooms. The master bed room has a double bed with box spring. The other room has a single bed that can be changed rapidly to a double bed when required.

The bedrooms give access to the south side large balcony of 15 square meter, great for BBQ.

A private parking spot can be rented for an additional €100 per month.
Utilities will be an extra €250 per month (G/ W/ E/ TV and Internet).
