Fast in assisting and guiding us during the process of applying for the rent of a house in Amsterdam. They follow you through the process (no fee for the tenants) and take care of the inspection of the house.

We found a lovely place for our family and Guido made the whole experience very smooth. We were living abroad with a 9h time difference and that never was an issue.
Erg blij met de service en mensen die in mijn huis komen. Nooit problemen en wordt in goed overleg opgelost. Het kan soms even duren voordat de juiste persoon gevonden is maar liever dat dan snel en een verkeerde erin want er is bij mij wel een paar keer een gegadigde geweest waarbij Expat rentals het gevoel had dat dit wel eens niet de juiste huurder zou kunnen zijn voor mij en wat problemen zou kunnen geven. Op basis van veel ervaringen voelen ze dat goed aan en ben ik erg blij mee. Ik hoef zelf ook niet aanwezig te zijn bij de bezichtigingen en overdracht en controle. Bespaart me enorm veel tijd en gedoe.
